Simulation / research — not a medical device

This is a research framework

Project Confluence is a computational research tool for scientific exploration of dynamical-systems approaches to cancer metabolism and closed-loop control. It is:

Connectome controllers (including the optional 166,700-unit sparse net and “protein” / antibody effector channels) are in-silico control signals. They do not synthesize therapeutics, express genes, or constitute a biologic manufacturing or dosing system.

Simulated metrics are research scores on an ODE. Tumor-burden, resistance, fusion-allele, junction-neoantigen, immune-competence, surveillance, antibody-readiness, and therapy-channel numbers are not disease eradication, not clinical benefit, and not a path to a clinical outcome.

Disease-class labels (benign, malignant, occult, dormant, terminal) are state-signature modes for computational discrimination. They are not clinical stage, TNM, or histopathology diagnoses.

RECIST 1.1-like / H-band surrogate (CTCAE-like) / Kaplan–Meier / log-rank / Cox outputs are an in-silico endpoint mapping layer. They are not a clinical trial, not RECIST/CTCAE adjudication, not FDA/EMA readiness, and not a Phase II result.

No medical advice

Nothing in this repository or on this site constitutes medical advice. The computational models are theoretical constructs for research purposes only.

Human oversight required

Any translation toward clinical use must go through:

  1. Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval
  2. Pre-clinical validation (in vitro / in vivo)
  3. Phase I–III clinical trials
  4. Regulatory approval (FDA 510(k), PMA, or equivalent)
